Each Arcus piece is handcrafted to order, with care and intention. While we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our designs, we understand that you may need to request a return. Please review our policies below:

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return Requests
Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery. After this window, we cannot accept returns.

International Orders
All international purchases are considered final sale. If you’d like to explore an exchange, please reach out to us at info@arcusparis.com. We’ll do our best to assist.

No Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production, as each Arcus frame is handcrafted specifically for you.

Partial Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed if:

  • Your return is eligible and approved

  • The item is received in unused and perfect condition

Please note: Refunds are partial (75%), due to the time, materials, and craftsmanship involved in each piece.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, including any applicable duties or customs costs. Be sure to use a trackable shipping method and request a drop-off receipt from your courier.

Return Conditions
Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • Returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation

  • Protected in the original shipping box or equivalent secure packaging

We cannot accept returns showing signs of wear or damage.

Refund Timeline
Once your return passes inspection:

  • A 75% refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account

We accept exchanges for eligible, unworn items. Contact us at info@arcusparis.com to start the process.

Warranty

What We Cover
We proudly stand behind the quality of our work.

We offer complimentary repair or replacement for any product with a manufacturing defect within:

  • 1 year of delivery

  • 2 years for EU customers (per applicable consumer law)

Proof of purchase is required. Warranty applies to products purchased through arcusparis.com or authorized retailers only.

What’s Not Covered

  • Scratched lenses due to regular wear

  • Damaged from accident, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.

We may offer one of the following:

  1. Same-item replacement, subject to availability

  2. Exchange for another style of equal or greater value

  3. If still within the return window and approved, a 75% refund
